After graduating from Westminster University, London with a professional qualification in marketing, Roger Mugisha acquired the expertise and personality every TV station in Uganda would desire and now the main battle is between Vision Group’s Urban TV and Nation Media’s Serena based NTV.
Roger Mugisha who graduated on Saturday from London, is at the verge of quitting doing what he did best on the mighty breakfast show on KFM, a sister radio station to NTV. Roger Mugisha apparently has been replaced by Ben Mwine from Power FM starting with this week.

With the attainment of the academic qualification, he is qualified to apply for the Marketing Manager post NTV advertised just a few days ago. At the same time Michael Awor alias Bush Baby, the boss of Urban TV was searching for an individual with the same qualifications.
And of course intertwined with a heavy personality like Roger’s, it makes him an ideal candidate for the job and its because of this that the two media houses are contending for the same guy.
Entertainment critics and analysts reveal that Roger Mugisha might end up at Serena Based NTV because of many reasons which include juicy pays and allowances.
