Defending champions of the Uganda Cup, Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) have set off for South Africa ahead of their clash with Orlando Pirates in the CAF confederations Cup.
The two sides will be in action on Saturday 14th March at the Orlando stadium. The Tax collectors have jetted off with a 19-man contingent that was composed of 16 players and 3 team officials.
The 16 players are minus goal poacher Robert Ssentongo after the striker was booked with a red card during their 1-0 away win against Madagascar’s ASSM Elgeco Plus, a game in which he scored the only goal on the evening.
The Lugazi based side will now place their full trust in Frank Kalanda to search for the goals. Kalanda recently scored a brace as they eliminated KCCA Corporates from the Uganda Cup at Lugogo over the weekend.
