After Soana put an end to their winning run when they held them to a 1-1 draw at the Metah stadium in Lugazi, Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) return home hoping to get back to their winning ways when they host table leaders, Vipers FC.
The tax collectors, however, won’t have the services of their lead striker and top scorer Robert Ssentongo who has been off for national duty and was part of the squad that traveled to Morocco and returns today. After scoring against a winless Soana, Ssentongo put his personal tally at 7goals before the league took a break.
Meanwhile the Buikwe based side, Vipers will be without their entertaining midfielder Farouk Miya who has also been off for national duty.
Vipers’ Edward Golola will be looking to keep his unbeaten run after beating Sadolin 1-0 before the league took a break while URA’s Alex Isabirye will be looking forward to get back to winning ways after that draw with Soana.
Vipers are still unbeaten in the league, living them top of the Uganda premier league table with 19points from 7games, a game less than second placed SC Villa who have collected 16points from 8games. URA are 5th on the table with 13points from 8games.
