URA FC name new team captain

Four time league champions, Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club (URA FC) has named Kulaba Jimmy as their new captain.

Kulaba has been elevated to the position of captain form being an assistant until the end of the season, taking over from Agaba Oscar who was demoted due to misconduct.

“He takes over from Agaba Oscar who was relieved off his duties this morning (Monday 14th November) over gross misconduct,” reads part of a statement published by the club on their official Facebook page.

Kulaba has served the tax collectors for two years now. He joined them from Police FC on July 16th 2014 according to club records and was named assistant captain on August 18th 2016.

He will be deputized by Mutyaba Julius.
