Uganda Revenue Authority (URA) will now shift their focus to Orlando Pirates after dumping out Madagascar’s ASSM Elgeco Plus from this year’s CAF confederations cup. Goal poacher Robert Ssentongo was right on spot as the tax collectors condemned Elgeco Plus to a 1-0 defeat in the return leg of the competition at the Municipal Stadium of Mahamasina.

Ssentongo was the day’s hero after he put the visitors in the lead as early as 4minutes into the game though he was later given matching orders off the pitch from the referee.

The Lugazi based side will now face off with South Africa’s Orlando Pirates in the next round of the competition with the first leg set to be in a fortnight. The tax collectors will fly to South Africa first and then return home in what is highly expected to be a competitive encounter.
