Unanikulia bwana: Sisters fight over man, one accuses the other of stealing her man

“Nitakukulia bwana. Sasa wacha nikuonyeshe kutunza mzee. Sasa amepona ndio umekumbuka ni mtu. Wacha nimkatie mauno, nimetengeneze, anizalishe. Utajua mume ni mtu wa maana.”

Gloria is a sister to Jane. Gloria lives in Kisumu, while Jane stays in Nakuru. Although they are siblings, they have shared a husband at different times. How interesting!

This is what happened: For five years, Gloria was married to Ayub, a wealthy man working for ferry services in Kisumu.

Over time, Gloria became abusive and started beating her husband over small issues. Ayub was sickly and depended on Gloria for many things, especially on days when his illness was severe. Ayub was epileptic and would collapse from time to time.

“I used to tell her to care for her man, but she wouldn’t listen. Sasa nitakuonyesha vile bwana anatunzwa,” said Jane.

In an unprecedented move, Jane eloped with Ayub and took him as her husband. Gloria laughed at her, saying she would never manage to care for an epileptic man.

“Akianguka mara kadhaa tu utachoka na yeye halafu umuache ama umrudishe,” Gloria said.

But Jane had a secret. She knew about Mugwenu Doctors, who had helped her in her business when it was failing and also helped her conceive her only child before her husband died in an accident.

She contacted Mugwenu Doctors, who prepared an exotic and powerful cure for Ayub. He was cleansed, put on a special diet, and given a special pendant to wear.

“This will keep away the seizures, keep you strong, and protect you,” Mugwenu Doctors said.

In two months, Ayub was like new. His excess weight was shedding off, his seizures had reduced, and he got a promotion at work four months after visiting Mugwenu Doctors. It has now been seven months since the duo started living together.

Early last week, there was drama. Gloria stormed Jane’s home, demanding her husband back after learning Ayub was doing fine and his health had been restored.

A fight ensued, and the two sisters were locked in a fierce battle for a few minutes before being separated by neighbours.

Gloria had been served divorce papers and couldn’t believe her sister was now the new wife of her husband. Funny!

When the elders sat to deliberate, they concluded that Jane deserved to be with Ayub.

“I am sorry, I was lied to by my friends. They advised me to handle Ayub carelessly so that he dies and leaves me his property. I have learned my lesson. I am sorry,” Gloria cried.

Despite her sorrow, Ayub said he had forgiven her but had moved on with Jane, a woman who was caring for him in a very special way.

“Sasa wacha nikuonyeshe kutunza mzee. Sasa amepona ndio umekumbuka ni mtu. Wacha nimkatie mauno, nimetengeneze, anizalishe. Utajua mume ni mtu wa maana,” Jane told her sister.

Ayub said:

“All is now water under the bridge. Please move on, Gloria. You even denied me conjugal rights, but now I am a beast in bed, thanks to Mugwenu Doctors who have cured my epilepsy, unleashing the man in me.”
