As many Ugandans prepare to celebrate Christmas, all is not well for UK based Ugandan artiste Deodee Muhima a.k.a Tha iCON.
Word reaching our desk is that Tha iCON who also doubles as a British soldier is to go through a tough backbone surgery and if all does not go very well, he could end up in a wheelchair for the rest of his life.
Tha iCON picked up the injury a few years back while on his British army duties in Afghanistan but according to him, though the operation will be really scary he believes it will go successfully.
“The #SamsungTwitterParty is back! Get ready to party the night away come 19th December at Zone 7 with fellow tweeps. Entrance is 15,000shs. Call 0775439894 for details. Great music and drinks.”
“Am a strong believer thus the God of healing i believe in will take me through this successfully,” he told BigEye.ug.
With songs like Kiliza, What if, Empisa zo and many other under his belt, he says this will not be the end of his love for music.
“I’ve started up a record label called FresHype Music in which I’ve already signed one Ugandan artist called Ellah,” Tha iCON added. With this label, he is determined to push Ugandan talented artist to greater heights. “I want to ask all my dear fans to pray for me and believe with me because we’ll go through this well,” he encouraged his fans
And as for with us at BigEye.ug, we wish you our boy the best in your operation and quick recovery bruv.
