Uganda’s national carrier, the Uganda Airlines’ first brand new Airbus aircraft A330neo has touched down at Entebbe International Airport today Tuesday, December 22, 2020.

The minister for works and transport confirmed that the highly anticipated mega airbus has on Monday December 21, 2020 been flown from the manufacturer’s headquarters in Toulouse, France heading Entebbe International airport.
Gen. Katumba Wamala, also revealed that the government has fully completed payment of the first aircraft and it will be flown home by Ugandan pilots who have undergone training at the Airbus headquarters for some time.
For the past months, the Uganda Airlines has kept the citizens updated with the manufacturing stages of the first ever Airbus in the country’s history.
