Musician Bebe Cool, having been criticised for his leading role on the ‘Tubonga Nawe’ project, has yet again come out to assure Ugandans that his decision to support Museveni will be appreciated in a few years to come.

Speaking in a telephone interview with local media, the Gagamel president added that he has not just started supporting Museveni and that it has been his greatest decision ever made.

He said: “I have not started supporting President Museveni recently, I have always supported him before even when my father stood against him. As a loyal citizen of this country, this is my greatest decision and Ugandans will appreciate me one day in a few years to come. They will see that I didn’t have any selfish interest but I was trying to save my country.”

The singer continued to justify his decisions giving an example of the anarchy in Libya stating that it will never be the same again and he wouldn’t let that happen to a country he has lived in for long.
