He doesnt provide the infrastructure to investigate what killed him, why did he die, how did he die? Why wasnt there an ambulance to pick him up from where the mysterious death was , what was the time lag between Dejavu bar to Nsambya Hospital, how long did it take the Nurses and doctors to work on him if at all he was attended to and MIND YOU THERE ARE STAND BY TEAR GAS TRUCKS AT KABALAGALA POLICE STATIONS. 7 DAYS/24 HOURS NEAR DEJAVU.
We Ugandans are soo dense to the extent that we can clap for someone who has handed in “Amabugo” than someone who has saved a life.
We Ugandans are always in for in immediate gratification not long term healthy infrastructure. Its in Uganda were someone is involved in a terrible accident, bleeding heavily and his put under a Police Patrol Pick Up.
Do you realize that every round about in Kampala has a stand up by tear gas truck but no ambulance? Are you aware ordering a pizza from Nandos is easier than geting help from 999? Do you expect a low paid doctor to rush to the theatre to help a dieing patient?
For us who know how this regime has destroyed this Country are developing wrinkes day by day.
29 years in power, we have no stand by Ambulances in Kampala but name of any armed car to kill Ugandans, its there.
