UK based Ugandan singer Alice Violet Mutumba is well on her way to conquering the African market. This comes after she recently broke into the Nigerian market, a feat that has eluded many Ugandan singers.
According to Twitter trends, the singer’s latest single “Tuzine” was recently among the most talked about topics in Nigeria. We have further learnt that her music video is not just being talked about online, but is also receiving airplay on Nigerian music channels like SoundCity TV. Tuzine video will also finally make a debut on MTV Base this Sunday.
Meanwhile, Alice Violet premiered the “Tuzine” music video in Uganda early this year and it continues to enjoy ample airplay on the local airwaves.
While premiering the video, she vowed to dominate Uganda’s music Industry this year. And now her dream seems to be slowly but steadily taking shape.
