Weezy or Wayne, whatever you call him, some rappers don’t give a listen to the “self proclaimed best rapper alive” crap sorry rap. His style may be contagious to teenagers like Young Zee and his clique that helps him with SST homework but some of our rappers are not contracting that plague to spread to their fans.
But Why? LYRICISM? Who is lyricism? The mother and soul of rap. What is lyricism? An intense spontaneous art of poetry or word play that makes one king on mic with crown from fans.
Here are the rappers that never listen to Lil Wayne.
1. ENYGMA
For the love of lyricism he wears a mask so that fans may concentrate on digesting and assimilating positive lyrics into their bloodstream instead of optical nutrition.
2. MITH
He is either posting a Weezy diss or an Arsenal one. When not dissing, facebook is for posting a Jay Z line or Man U praise.
3. RUYONGA
Ruhanga wenka… wenka!
4. BENNY BLACK
His playlist; Crooked I, Joe Budden, Eminem.
5. NELLYSADE
Lugaflow poet. He listens to Mathias Walukaga.
6. GERALD KIWEEWA
Wait a minute, Gerald is not a rapper! Ok! let me explain. He accidentally glanced at Lil Wayne in a video and composed, “musajja empale yo eggwa” on the spot. Wezzy is yet to respond
7. BABALUKU
I hear his dreads can rhyme.
8. SYLVESTER
A MUK lecturer and hip hop co-ordinator at Bayimba. Secret: Listen Not, To Wayne!!
