City fashionista and CEO Oscar Kampala brand Oscar Nyesiga has been acknowledged by the Parliament of Uganda for his tremendous work amongst peers.
On Monday February 20, the Speaker’s chambers invited the zealous young fashionpreneur to the legislative house for the special recognition.
The invitation comes as no surprise considering the outstanding contributions associated with Oscar Kampala.
The Makerere University fresh graduate has created hundreds of employment opportunities through his fashion initiative, sold the Ugandan brand across borders by styling international artists like Jidenna, Kizz Daniel, Bennie Man, Dj Neptune, Fireboy DML, Oxlade and many more.
Besides, Oscar Kampala has raised the Ugandan flag high with continental appreciation that came through last year when the young achiever scooped two Zikomo Awards in Lusaka, Zambia.
Oscar was awarded for being the Best Young Entrepreneur of the Year Africa and Best Celebrity Stylist of the Year.
In 2022, the fashionpreneur was named the Most Inspirational Youth of the Year.
The latest Parliamentary nod is one of the many high-level recognitions that Oscar Kampala deserves courtesy of the immense societal contributions.
