Jamaican singer Demarco has made it clear that Ugandan collabos are not selling in Jamaica. The dancehall star said this in relation to his recent collabo with Peter Miles called “Blessings” which according to him did not work in Jamaica. He insisted that such collabo’s are not even played back in his country.

“If you want to do a collabo with me, you must be on ground to promote it,” said the Fallen Soldiers singer who is in the country for the Club Silk Street jam.

Demarco who first performed in the pearl of Africa in 2012 will be singing for crowds alongside over 25 Ugandan artistes this weekend. His team flew into the country two weeks ago to make sure everything goes per plan.

Many artistes like Sheebah Karungi of the “Ice cream” fame had been fighting to line up a collabo with him. We are sure that their hopes are now shuttered.

We will keep you posted.
