Uganda has been seeded in pot four ahead of the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations draws.
The Cranes beat Comoros 1-0 in their final qualification campaign game to return to the continental tournament after nearly four decades of missing out on the finals.
Uganda has been placed in pot 4 along with the likes of Togo, Zimbabwe and Guinea Bissau. The draws are scheduled to take place on October 19th in Egyptian capital Cairo at the CAF head quarters.
The biennial tournament is scheduled for January-February 2017 in Gabon.
Pot 1: Gabon, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Algeria
Pot 2: Tunisia, Mali, Burkina Faso, DR Congo
Pot 3: Cameroon, Senegal, Morocco, Egypt
Pot 4: Togo, Uganda, Zimbabwe, Guinea Bissau
