The Uganda national beach soccer team, the Uganda Sand Cranes have intensified their preparations for the forth coming crucial tie against Ghana in the next qualification round for the CAF2015 beach soccer finals that are due April in Seychelles.
The Sand Cranes advanced easily to face Ghana after their opponents, Cameroon, withdrew from the competition.
Uganda will now host Ghana in a fortnight at Entebbe sports beach. The Sand Cranes head coach Harunah Kebba who also doubles as the army based side Simba coach is optimistic that his 24-man squad that is currently under-going training ahead of the vital tie will come through when they face Ghana.
“We have been training for the previous weeks and the players are ready to face Ghana,” Harunah Kebba told www.fufa.co.ug.
