UGANDA PREMIER LEAGUE FIXTURES OUT

The anxiety of all football fans will finally come to an end after the release of the league fixture for the long awaited new season. The Uganda Premier League (UPL) season for 2014/15 kicks off this Friday, 19th September 2014 at various stadiums.

What a way to start the season it will be in the Eastern region with a derby at the Kakindu Stadium in Jinja where Bul football club will welcome newly promoted Sadolin FC with a premier league challenge. 

Kiira Young will be up against giants Express FC at Wankulukuku Stadium while 2014 Uganda Cup winners URA will open their league account when they host Bright Stars at Mehta Stadium in Lugazi.

Uganda’s most famous club and 16 time league winners, SC Villa will be in action at their new home in Mityana when they take on Soana while Police FC entertains newly promoted Rwenshama at Kavumba recreational stadium.

Action will continue on Saturday with two games as Entebbe FC take on Simba at Nakivubo Stadium. At Wankulukuku Stadium newly promoted Lweza host will host Sports Club Victoria University (SCVU).

Uganda premier league will continue with games on Tuesday 23rd September 2014 on match day two.

Match Day one Fixtures: 

19th September 2014 (Friday) – All games start at 4: 30pm

Bul f.c Vs Sadolin – Kakindu Stadium
Express Vs Kira Young – Wankulukuku Stadium
URA Vs Bright Stars – Mehta Stadium, Lugazi
Police Vs Rwenshama – Kavumba Recreational Stadium

20th September 2014 (Saturday) – Games start at 3 pm

Entebbe Vs Simba – Nakivubo Stadium
Lweza Vs SCVU – Wankulukuku Stadium
