The Uganda premier league resumes today on match day three of the new season.

Struggling and newly promoted side Rwenshama who are yet to collect any point in their first season in the top flight will be at home in Mityana, Ssaza grounds to host defending champions Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) who were held to a one all draw at home by Police FC last week. KCCA’s Owen Kasule and Yasin Mugabi will miss the tie due to suspension while new loan signing from Kiira Young, Richard Kassaga along with Ronnie Kisekka, Hakim Ssenkumba and star striker Brian Umony will also be side-lined due to injuries.

Rwensahama suffered a 3-0 defeat in their UPL welcome match against Police FC before losing by 2-1 to Waswa Bossa’s side Express FC on match day two. The Mityana based new side now stand bottom of the Uganda Premier League table with no point in two games.
