The Uganda National Under-20 team, the Hippos resumed training over the weekend at Nakivubo Stadium ahead of a return leg against the Junior Wasps of Rwanda in the CAF Africa U-20 Qualifiers.
The first leg played in Kigali, Rwanda ended in a one-all draw with Edris Lubega scoring for the Hippos to cancel Blaise Itangishaka’s lead for the Junior Wasps.
Uganda need to win in order to progress to the next stage of the qualification campaign. The two sides are scheduled to face off on 23rd-April, 2016 at Namboole stadium and the country that advances will play Egypt at the next stage in a bid to earn a slot to play at the CAF U-20 championship that will be held in Zambia later this year.
