Uganda gears up for 4th Homes and Property Expo

The 4th Homes and Property Expo is set for the 2-4th March at Shoprite and Game parking space Lugogo.

According to the Expo Chairman and CEO Crest Group Edwin Musiime, the Homes Expos have always been about inspiring lives and playing a role in influencing the real estate sector.

Mr. Musiime who is also Senior Pastor at Transformation City church says that the work to continue the creation process was passed on by God and real estate is one way we can create a better world around us.

Under the theme; “Access to a quality life style”, the Expo will host over 50 top real estate players and attract hundred of visitors.

According to a survey by the Uganda Bureau of Statistics, Uganda has a housing deficit of approximately 1.7 million habitable housing units. It is reported that Kampala alone has a housing deficit of 550,000 units.

Exhibiting will be Home furnishers, Office furnishers, Real Estate dealers, Construction engineers, Construction companies, Security companies, Investment advisers and Mortgaging financing institutions among others.
