Uganda could be having the best female singers in East Africa.
According to the recently released nomination list for AFRIMMA awards 2018, Ugandan singers dominate the category of Best Female East Africa with 4 singers scoring a nod.
Juliana Kanyomozi, Sheebah Karungi, Rema Namakula and Leila Kayondo grace the list that pits them against Victoria Kimani (Kenya), Vanessa MDee (Tanzania), Knowles Butera (Rwanda), Akothee (Kenya), Nandi (Tanzania), Charly and Nana (Rwanda).
The 5th edition of the AFRIMMA awards will take place on October 6, in Dallas Texas.
