Uganda Cranes striker Robert Ssentongo who also doubles as a Uganda Revenue Authority player narrowly escaped death after his Toyota progress car was destroyed beyond repair by a speeding van on New Year’s day.
The speeding van which is reportedly belongs to “KK Security” a renown security agency bumped into the striker’s car parked just along the roadside with the striker in but he survived with minor injuries.
Robert Ssentongo later shared his experience with his social media followers posting a photo of his endangered car with caption “Mbale kusaba emotocar ya kk security beaded emazewo naye nempona ela nti bulungi” (Loosely translated as; Thanks for the prayers,a KK security van had finished me but I survived and am fine).
