Uganda’s national football team, the Uganda Cranes will return tomorrow from Morocco after a disappointing and shocking 2-0 loss to Guinea that denied them the chance of reaching the finals of the Africa cup of nations that will be played in Equatorial Guinea next year starting January 17th until the 8th of February.

The team’s return has been communicated by the Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA). There shall also be a press conference in which the federation president Eng. Moses Magogo and the Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin ‘Micho’ Sredojevic will summarize the entire qualification campaign journey that ended yesterday.

“The team returns tomorrow at 1.35pm from Morocco after missing out on a place to the 2015 Nations cup finals following a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Guinea. Mr. Magogo and Mr. Sredojevic will address the media at FUFA House starting 10 am on Wednesday 26th November, 2015”, read a confirmation statement on the federation’s website.

A message to all the football fraternity; “A friend in need is a friend indeed. As fans we should all remain supportive to the team during the bad and good times because no one is perfect. Uganda Cranes forever.”
