Uganda Cranes kicked off their official training on a high note on Wednesday evening as they edged league reigning champions KCCA FC by 1-0.
The team is in preparations for three fixtures starting on Saturday, 5th November at Muteesa II Memorial Stadium, Wankulukuku where they will play the Kampala Regional team in the Cranes Namutima campaign before tackling Zambia on Tuesday 8th in an international friendly.
The friendly will be followed by a very crucial tie against Congo Brazzaville in the Russia 2018 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers on Saturday, 12th at Mandela National Stadium Namboole.
On the other hand, Vipers’ striker Erisa Ssekisambu was on target for the Cranes as they beat KCCA in a practice match at Phillip Omondi Stadium.
Training continues on Thursday at Namboole Stadium at 4:00pm.
