By Isaac Mites

For the second time in Uganda, it’s happening; showcasing the classic, rare and unique cars and bikes. A similar event was first held in 2012 and it seems the organisers are ready to give us more come Saturday, the 24th of September, 2013.

The annual event utilizes classic automobiles and old style activities to provide a unique and fresh experience for different social groups. The Uganda Vintage and Classic Auto Show is designed to applause excitement around classic automobiles and showcase to the masses about the oldies.

The aim of the Uganda Vintage and Classic Auto Show is to give opportunities across all generations to enjoy rich and quality experiences, as history is presented to the masses to which they will transfer to their daily life with enthusiasm. More so, aspiring to envelop and build capacity in the Vintage/Classic Automobiles through a program that will maintain the car heritage in Uganda. The show will be graced with over 50 cars.

The show will be held at Sheraton Hotel Gardens, Kampala and main sponsors of the event are NTV, Sheraton Hotel Kampala and Events ware house and hosted by Pamoja Afaiq. The tickets are 10K and gates will be open by 10am. Come catch a glimpse of the Oldies.
