Uganda Christian University has upheld the virtue of forgiveness, allowing the two of her students who brought the name of Christian founded institution to shame, to continue with their studies after a sex tape involving the two leaked to the public.
“The students might be wrong, but we are here not to end their future, as a University, we are here to train them to have a bright future,” Prim, the PRO announced the stand of the disciplinary committee.
Benita Kamushaba and Derrick Edwin Muhunde aka “Make It Nasty” should count themselves lucky that the administration did not make it nasty for them as they swallowed the bitter pill.
The university in its decision noticed that expulsion or counselling would not stop any one from committing sin although they do not uphold sexual immorality of any form.
They took a parental role advising students against engaging in careless behaviour. Bravo UCU!
What started as simple sexual fun in a UCU hostel has today evolved into the most viral sextape from a Ugandan University. It’s even more amazing that the sextape was produced by UCU, a University considered to be the ‘most disciplined’ according to parents. The tape took the Ugandan on line community by storm weeks back.
