Bobi Wine plans to translate his song “Dembe” into several other languages.

The singer, whose controversial song about peace that stings the current government is under review by Uganda Communications Commission revealed that he will translate it into many more languages. Bobi wants the message of peace to move across the country like wild fire ahead of the February general elections.

“We started this year with a message of PEACE in Our new Song ‪‎Dembe. In this song I call upon all Ugandans especially the youth to desist from any form of pre or post electoral violence,” the singer stated.

“I will soon translate the song into various languages so as to effectively communicate. I beg neither to be misunderstood nor contradicted, my message is clearly peace,” he added.

You can listen to the song here.
