It was all sadness and dejection as Ugandans lost their chance to appear in the AFCON championship after 36 years. Almost everyone was sad and unhappy but one person, Sheila Gashumba.

The NTV the beat celebrity presenter, Sheila, said that she was thankful to God not to be like everyone else who felt so much for the Uganda Cranes team.

Sheila, who is of Rwandan decent, then added that her heart is too fragile and she was thankful not to be part of the whole craze, as she could have easily snapped.

“Thank god am not a dedicated soccer fan. My Heart is too fragile if I decide to love something, my heart would be in pieces right now!!!Because I can’t watch someone I love fail. I can never date a soccer player…I will be getting heart attacks from all corners. I respect all soccer fans though, your hearts are made of steel,” Sheila said.

Well, at least it’s not that bad after all. She loves the team but just doesn’t like getting attached to soccer because she has seen many people’s hopes being shattered as was the case yesterday.

We will keep you posted.
