Musician-turned-politician Tuff B has called on the public to end comparisons between singer Bebe Cool and National Unity Platform (NUP) leader Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, popularly known as Bobi Wine, saying the two are now on entirely different paths in life.
Tuff B, who was once a staunch ally of Bebe Cool before falling out with him and joining Bobi Wine’s camp, is currently contesting for a parliamentary seat.
He insists that the two musicians-turned-public figures have vastly different priorities and approaches to life.
“Don’t put His Excellency Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu in the same statement about reasoning with Moses Ssali. They are two different mindsets,” Tuff B stated.
According to him, Bebe Cool’s focus revolves mainly around himself and his family, while Bobi Wine’s vision extends to every Ugandan and the country’s future.
“Before approaching Bobi Wine, his music will speak sense to your head,” Tuff B added, noting that the NUP leader’s art reflects his passion for social justice and national development.
