Gentle Mulindwa, a revered traditional music enthusiast, with a deep touch of Kadongo Kamu, is gearing up for his first-ever concert, “Kajje Kajje,” slated for August 30th at the scenic Busaabala Playgrounds. The much-anticipated event is shaping up to be a vibrant celebration of Uganda’s musical traditions.

Mulindwa, known for his powerful storytelling and signature traditional sound, has made a name for himself with songs like Kiwanuka, Namayanja, Kinene Nyumba, Embuyaga, and Amadda ga Bamweyana. His socially aware lyrics and deep cultural roots have endeared him to fans across the country.

Mulindwa is now preparing to step into the spotlight with a show that not only marks a career milestone but also doubles as a tribute to African heritage.

The event is being organized by Afrikan Moon Events and will feature a stellar line-up of Ugandan music royalty. Fans can expect performances from Jose Chameleone, Eddy Kenzo, King Saha, Weasel, Annet Nandujja, MesachSemakula, Mathias Walukagga, Stecia Mayanja, among others.

The lakeside setting at Busaabala is expected to draw thousands for an evening packed with traditional performances, live music, and cultural expression. Ticket prices are set at Shs10,000 for ordinary access, Shs50,000 for VIP, Shs100,000 for VVIP, and Shs1 million for a reserved table — making it an inclusive affair for music lovers from all backgrounds.
