Topic Kasente revealed the painful aftermath of a fall during Sheebah Karungi’s Neyanziza Concert saying he broke his neck and hurt his leg.
During the performance, Kasente accidentally fell off the stage, an incident that has left him dealing with multiple injuries. Speaking about the fall, he explained that he didn’t see the edge of the stage, which caused him to lose balance and fall hard to the ground.
Since the accident, Kasente has been experiencing severe pain, particularly in his chest and neck. A recent medical checkup revealed that the fall had caused an issue with one of his neck bones, necessitating further treatment. He will need his neck dressed to provide support as it heals.

Additionally, Kasente showed his fractured leg, which had visible bruises. While it is now being treated, walking has become uncomfortable due to persistent pain in his hip bone.
He admitted that initially, he didn’t take the incident seriously, but the discomfort prompted him to seek medical attention.
Kasente also made it clear that the fall wasn’t a publicity stunt, but an unfortunate accident that has left him in considerable pain. He is now focused on recovery and hopes to return to his routine once he heals from the injuries sustained.
