A top musician who recently held a big concert at hotel Africana has been diagnosed with cancer. The singer whose vocals always wow fans to the extent of flooding him with votes to win several awards is now battling throat cancer according to our sources.
Luckily, the cancer has not yet spread to vital parts and can be controlled by doctors. Our source reveals that the musician is now being watched closely with several tests being done to make sure that he is healed soon.
