The Twitter Barbecue Party is back, big and better.
Known to bring together Ugandan netizens to network in a fun setting, it returns this weekend after close to two years as the entertainment industry remained under lockdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
According to the organisers, lots of fun activities and entertainment has been lined up to give revelers a memorable experience. Revelers will enjoy performances by renowned reggae artiste, Elijah Kitaka as well as music showcases from a host of top deejays including Deejay Kathy, Dexter DJ, and Wabz DJ among others.
“2022 has offered us a second chance at life and although we are not yet fully released by the Coronavirus pandemic, with all detailed SOPs in mind, we intend to blow your mind this year with the Twitter Barbecue Party 2022. We have been cooking, and we are now ready to serve!” The organisers told this website.
The Twitter Barbecue Party was birthed out of the need to give people in the digital space a better networking platform where they can connect, share ideas and opportunities while also having a good time.
Now in its 5th edition, it is slated for 19th March 2022 at Kati Kati grounds in Lugogo. The event will be hosted by MC Emeka.
