The latest entertainment gossip is that the former GoodLyfe boys, Radio and Weasel have been denied a pass for their international tour. This was done on orders of one counsel identified as John W. Katende, a top city lawyer around town.
It’s well known that the duo was supposed to start their international tour last week, but to our surprise it was cancelled. Radio and Weasel were supposed to be performing in Dubai, UAE on the 14th of this month as they later connected to Europe for their shows in Holland, Denmark and Sweden. We have even confirmed with some of the posts where organizers have been apologizing to the public for the adjourning of the concerts.
Well, bigeye.ug has learnt that Radio and Weasel were blocked from leaving the country and they are not to perform for any manager or organizer outside Uganda unless they performing alongside the Ebonies in their European and Dubai tours which are scheduled in the next two months. This probably means that the boys had signed a deal that they were now trying to breach.
The duo had no option other than bend low for the law and as we speak now they are in the country and can only perform on local gigs.
