Top celebrities have condoled with Minister Ronald Kibuule following the sudden death of his twins yesterday at his home in Mukono.
The twins, Raymon Kato and Rayden Wasswa who the minister described as the kids he loved the most in his life perished in a swimming pool at home while the parents were away.
Arrests have been made following the death of the innocent souls. Four suspects have been arrested for negligence.
Celebrities like Desire Luzinda have issued statements condoling with the minister, his wife, and family at large.
