The UPDF Kick boxer Tugume Titus who was terribly humiliated by the motor-mouthed, hot-temper―Golola Moses of Uganda on Saturday, has mocked the fight organisers arguing that their match was finished unsatisfactorily. Golola recorded a 10 second knock-out against the army fighter at Freedom City in Najjanankumbi along Kampala-Entebbe highway.
“I want to assure my fans that I didn’t surrender the fight to Golola and I want to prove the critics wrong by asking the organisers to arrange a rematch for me,” says discontented Tugume.
He adds that, “Even Golola doesn’t know how he won the fight. I wish the fight to be there again in three months’ time.”
When one of the fans asked the army fighter if he is doing okay after being knocked out by Golola on Saturday, Titus said: “I am in good health condition and I didn’t have to go to the health personnel to be fine, only that the umpire stopped me but I was ready to continue with the fight.”
However, Golola has not responded to his opponent’s request as yet.
Abtex, the fight organisers, revealed that If the two fighters agree for a rematch they will gladly be able to organize it.
Notably, Tugume registered his first loss during Saturday’s fight as far as his professional career is concerned whereas Golola registered his 3rd win in his professional career.
