Uganda’s prominent actors The Ebonies have come off portraying an image of bankruptcy and slow financial downfall after one of their staff has been in a hide and seek game with Landlord with 4 months arrears.
The said staff resides in Namasuba and has had 4 months rend arrears with landlord threatening to evict.
The Ebonies Namasuba resident has apparently failed ro clear 1.6M shillings with claims of lockdown but since the group resumed work, the excuse has shifted to “We have no bookings”
Landlord claims his demands to get paid is futile and the next step is eviction.
