There have been rumours that curvy singer Winnie Nwangi might also follow her friend Irene Ntale and say goodbye to Muyenga based record label Swangz Avenue after her bosses turned their concentration on pushing the music career of upcoming singer, Veronica Lugaya alias Vinka. As of now, Malaika singer is for sure the new ‘angel’ at the studio.
Insiders revealed that Winnie Nwangi is currently unstable and doesn’t show up at office regularly like she used to. However, management has given a cold shoulder on this as they have deliberately continued treating Vinka as an angel of sorts. Word has it that Vinka is bringing in more money lately than Winnie.
We have also learnt that the management just signed a juicy deal with fast rising rapper Fik Fameika to collaborate with the ‘Malayika’ hit maker, Vinka and also to perform at their 10 years anniversary slated in August.
It should be noted one of the reasons why Irene Ntale left the label, was the undivided concentration for Winnie Nwangi who was a new signee back then. The big question on everyone’s mind now is, will Winnie follow Irene’s way?
