As of now Goods Express Uganda website is temporary unavailable and will not be taking customer orders. “Previously the Goods Express Uganda online platform & partnership had been tainted with increased purchase returns, inability to track products in real-time and delayed deliveries. Worse still, an inflexible & restrictive/centralised system which for us is a major challenge given the need for us to be flexible enough to meet our customer diverse needs. It was inevitable for us to terminate our Nigerian partnership and seek a superior system as compared to what we could do as Goods Express Uganda,” Ihoza added.
