It’s official! Pop singers, Tekno and Mr. Eazi are coming to Uganda.
Tekno and Mr. Eazi will entertain their fans in a concert dubbed “Naija, Ghana to Kampala” which will be held on Friday, September 15 at Lugogo Cricket Oval.
Organised by Bell Lager in partnership with Talent Africa and Silk Events, the concert was confirmed at a press briefing held at Liquid Silk, Bugolobi on Thursday evening. This comes after the concert poster leaked on social media causing excitement among the singers’ fans.
Addressing the press, Uganda Breweries Limited’s Head of Beers, Muzito Estella, said Bell Lager has had a long standing history with music and has through the years supported the growth of the local music and entertainment industry as she officially announced the concert.
“Music is a platform that Bell Lager has in the past used to connect with customers. It ties in well with Bell Lager’s celebratory spirit. With the introduction of a unified music platform named Bell Jamz, we will be engaging and interacting with our customers through music in a more meaningful and exciting way. This concert will be the first effort towards that,” she noted.
Tekno and Mr. Eazi will perform alongside several top local acts including, Bebe Cool, Ykee Benda, Cindy, and Navio
Ordinary tickets will be sold for UGX35k and VIP tickets will cost UGX100K.
