Comedian Teacher Mpamire, real name Ssegujja Herbert Mendo, is on cloud nine!
This comes after his students got good grades in the UCE results that were announced on Tuesday by Minister of Education & Sports Hon. Janet Museveni.
The comedian who doubles as a history teacher at Standard High School Zzana could not hide his joy after registering 29 distinctions in his subject.
“Congratulations, my students! You have made me proud,” he said.”Thank you for taking my jokes serious. People thought comedians are not serious but you have proved to them that we can actually use comedy to make people pass.”
He was seen congratulating and jubilating with his students in a ceremony that was held at their school premises yesterday.
