Taylor Swift was practically stampeded by fans as she arrived at the Narita Airport in Japan on Sunday, with crowds so large they actually impacted scheduling and caused flight delays, according to TMZ.
The 25-year-old faced the sizable crowd after flying out of LAX with her parents – Scott and Andrea Swift – ahead of the star’s upcoming 1989 world tour, which begins on Tuesday.

She took to Instagram to capture the chaos, jokingly writing: ‘A very low key arrival in Tokyo…’ alongside a photo of the sea of fans that clogged the airport and appeared to give her security detail a heart attack.
As usual, the hitmaker looked flawless as she arrived in Japan, despite the seemingly exhausting international flight, as she sported a fitted little black dress and coordinating chunky black heels.
The stylish star coupled those with a large golden T necklace, as well as a designer Louis Vuitton handbag, and wore her blonde tresses styled in loose curls.
She, of course, donned her trademark red lipstick, and was followed closely behind by her beloved parents, Andrea and Scott, as she made her way into the airport.
