Azealia Banks is an “up and coming” rapper who released a popular single in 2012 and followed it up with nothing but bizarre shots at more popular celebs on Twitter.
Banks’ latest target is T.I. and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris – and not surprisingly, Tip isn’t taking it lying down. After all, this is a man willing to fight Floyd Mayweather over his family.
Earlier this week, Banks tweeted and deleted a series of strange insults attacking Tiny’s looks.
T.I. recently released a single titled “No Mediocre,” prompting Azealia to kick things off by tweeting, “U want no mediocre… but have you seen your wife?”
That out-of-nowhere diss in turn prompted T.I. to go off:
In addition to the video above in which T.I. calls Banks cowardly and so ugly that “she should’ve said that with a mask on” the rapper unleashed a bizarre tirade on Instagram:
“U-musty-mouthed-thot-bot-bad-body-syphillis-lipped-rectum-vomit-unimportant-ugggggly-monstrosity-of-a-maggot-ass-BIIIIIITCCHHH!!! If u speak ill of my family again… I WILL END YOU!!!!!”
Clearly T.I. isn’t one to mince words.
For her part, Banks has a history of attacking more famous artists then quietly backing down. Last year Azealia feuded with Lady Gaga over perceived style theft.
She’s also repeatedly lashed out at the similarly-named Iggy Azalea, who collaborated with T.I. on “No Mediocre” … so we likely know whose team she’s on.
