Ugandan musician, music producer and songwriter Sylver Kyagulanyi known for his Olunaku Luno song has quit music.
The news comes at a time when younger artistes have taken over the industry with their creativity leaving the older ones no choice but to quit. Sylver, who owned a studio in Ntinda has consequently closed it down. He has turned the space into a music school that he will be using to impart music knowledge like basic song writing skills and the like in the younger artistes at a small fee.
He also wants to sign upcoming artistes and groom them in the right direction of music and later earn from his efforts.
