Abbas Mubiru, husband to Singer Stecia Mayanja is still a troubled man financially.
After being arrested yesterday for failing to pay Ugx200,000 in Bunamwaya, he has been arrested today again over another debt amounting to Ugx320,000.
Abbas has been rumored to be a very broke man, same reason Stecia’s family did not approve of his marriage to their daughter.
