Dr. Apollo Kaggwa

According to Doctor Apollo Kaggwa, he acquired the said land in the 1990s. Kaggwa is said to have paid off the inhabitants and the land was vacant for almost 20 years until the last few years when there has been an inflow of unknown people claiming ownership.

Unknown persons have claimed the land and together with minister Sam Mayanja have claimed the and have even showed intentions to sell despite Dr Kagwa earlier compensating all squatters.

Doctor Kaggwa has all supporting documents on copy. Doctor Apollo has run to court and also sought Presidential intervention.

The 75 year old citizen continues pursuit for justice. Our efforts to reach minister Sam Mayanja is still futile.
