Tycoon Mbuga Sulaiman Kabangala has rubbished circulating documents that he contracted a cyber group to hack opposition Social Media platforms between 2020 and 2021.
A document headed State house has also denied ever offering Mbuga the job to delete the platforms.
The tycoon is seeking justice in courts of law for defamation and character assassination.
