With 8 years in business, pay TV giant and market leader StarTimes has taken the celebrations closer to their people. This has been made possible with the customer care month this November.
During this month, StarTimes is visiting customers in their area in form of customer care clinic where customers can come ask different questions about StarTimes products and services, have a free download of the StarTimes ON app, buy our products and services and also get free after sales services from out technical team in the area.
More still, during these clinics, the antenna price has been reduced from 35,000 to 25,000 to ensure that our customers can purchase it to boast the signal strength and quality in their areas.
Speaking at Kawuku during a customer visit, the Company Vice President, Mr. Sam Deng explained that StarTimes is grateful to Ugandans for the massive support Ugandans have accorded them. This can be witnessed in the fact that we are currently the market leaders with approximately 75% market share in just a space of 8 years.

He also noted that without the customer’s support they wouldn’t have survived in the dynamic competitive Ugandan market. It is for this reason that we continue to pledge to always provide affordable services.
StarTimes PRO Christine Nagujja noted that they are targeting 10,000 subscribers by the end of the promotion. She noted that the one month long customer care service month is the best way StarTimes can appreciate its customers.
