Yesterday singer Spice Diana paid a visit to her fan Rukia Nakigudde (19), who suffers from cerebral palsy. Rukia who had long longed to see her artiste got surprised when Spice Diana drove her convoy to her hime in Kitende.

Spice Diana supported het business with 950,000ugx, food items, hiuse hold items and have her a brand new phone to keep in touch.

Spice Diana also pledged to come up with a strategy to enable Rukia achieve her dream of modeling in a few weeks to come. The songstress also said she would keep in close touch with Rukia.
