Ugandan songstress Hajjara Namukwaya alias Spice Diana is over the moon after her song “Body” made it to the Times Square billboard in New York City, USA.
Over the weekend, “Body” featuring Nince Henry, one of Spice Diana’s top ballads of the year 2021 was broadcasted on the New York Times Square for the first time.
This follows its feature on Spotify’s “Faces of Afrobeats” playlist.
With an exhilarated tone, Spice rushed to her social media on Monday morning to share the good news.
“Waking up to some good news, My country people we on #timessquare,” Spice Diana stated.
Spice Diana’s new milestone now puts her caliber with likes of; Bobi Wine, Eddy Kenzo, & Azawi as the only Ugandan musicians that have appeared on the popular commercial visual platform.
